This position is based at our European Headquarters in Belgium and requires regular on-site presence, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two days of homeworking per week. As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.). * Support negotiations, tenders, pricing strategies, and customer development plans * Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plans * Act as a go-to person for a small team of 4–5 Sales colleagues * Strong understanding of West Europe aftermarket networks (distributors, wholesalers, ITGs, etc.)
