Als Technical & Service Delivery Administrator ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische werking van een elektronische archiveringssoftware (ARCSYS), in alle omgevingen (van ontwikkeling tot productie). Je fungeert als bevoorrechte partner (SPOC) voor het ontwikkelteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor het archiveringsdomein, de Technical Coordinator, de ondersteuningsteams en, in voorkomend geval, de (externe en interne) klanten. • Je hebt ook contact met de van de oplossing om incidenten en bugs te escaleren, de oplossing ervan op te volgen en productontwikkelingen te bespreken. • Je bent vertrouwd met de infrastructuurarchitectuur en bereid om je kennis van het softwareproduct te verdiepen.

Je hebt ervaring als boekhouder of als product manager met sterke kennis van accountancy en/of payroll. * Je vertegenwoordigt het productdomein bedrijfsleiders richting accountants en bewaakt het volledige end-to-end verhaal. * Als aanspreekpunt ondersteun je collega's en account managers bij inhoudelijke vragen rond accountancy en payrolloplossingen.
