              We are looking for a Group Tax and Transfer Pricing Manager to lead and shape Banqup's global tax and transfer pricing strategies. You will take ownership of all aspects of transfer pricing, tax compliance, interactions with tax authorities, defense, and strategic planning. * Advise on other tax issues beyond transfer pricing and implement available tax incentives. * Shape and execute transfer pricing strategies in line with Banqup's overall strategy. * Lead transfer pricing matters in audits, advanced pricing agreements, rulings, documentation, and planning projects. * Develop and plan optimal transfer pricing approaches, including data gathering, comparable searches, and financial/statistical analyses. * Act as the main point of contact for tax authorities. * Provide tax advice and support tax compliance during the periodic closing process. * Eagerness to learn and develop further in tax or economic fields.
