As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You combine partner and customer success, commercial mindset, and technical affinity to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term usage of our digital solutions. You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration. * Technical & Process-Oriented Support * Support in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Translate your partner's requirements into clear use cases and coordinate internally with Product, Implementation, or Technical teams when needed.
