Mission As a Customer Success Specialist- you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. You understand both the business challenges of partners and accountants and the technical and process-oriented aspects of digital document flows, invoicing, and financial administration. You translate unstructured questions into clear, practical solutions and proactively guide and customers to get maximum value from our platforms.
