As a Customer Success Manager - Partners & SMEs, you act as the key link between partners (accountants, resellers...), their end customers, and the Banqup ecosystem. * Guide and support accountants, resellers, and partners in onboarding and activating their SME clients on the platform. * Technical & Process-Oriented Support * Support partners and customers in the setup and usage of digital document flows, including invoicing, payments, and administrative workflows. * Support in integrating their solutions with Banqup platforms leveraging API documentations and other internal technical teams * Support partners in defining and executing activation initiatives (mailings, newsletters, webinars, demos) in close collaboration with Sales & Business Development. * Provide administrative and operational support related to communications and customer activation campaigns.
