You will be the link between our technology and our customers — providing technical support, maintaining systems, and keeping the magic of our experiences alive. This is a hands-on position combining IT expertise, field maintenance, and direct customer interaction in a dynamic international environment. Troubleshoot a wide variety customer incident request and updates, resolve, or escalate to appropriate groups; and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. * Answer daily customer calls & messages * Assist customers to troubleshoot and fix issues happening on their attractions * Go on site to maintain customer rides & train the customers' maintenance teams * Prepare & follow up shipments of hardware for the customers
