As a Technical Support Advisor, you are the point of contact for BEA's business customers throughout Europe, with a particular history in the German-speaking area. Customer & internal technical support * Support our customers in the installation, wiring and configuration of BEA sensors. * Manage incoming calls from the technical hotline for Europe and provide product support to the European sales team. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality of service and products, using a ticketing system, to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. She will still be active in customer technical support, with a stronger focus on internal training, while actively supporting you during your integration.
