You have the responsibility for contributing to the development of operating company business plans, developing and executing talent management plans, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and processes, providing change management support, and coaching managers and leaders in support of overall talent and business objectives. * You implement human resources strategies by establishing department metrics for talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, safety and health, employee relations, and compliance. * You have in-depth knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR-regulations, with the ability to proactively prepare the organization for legislative changes.
