We're looking for a Barman to join the team, part-time, for evening service. What you'll do * Prepare and serve drinks. Cocktails, wine, coffee, aperitivo classics; accurately and efficiently * Keep the bar stocked, clean, and ready before service hits * Manage the pace of orders during busy periods without losing quality * Coordinate with the floor team so drinks and food orders stay in sync * Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues with a calm, professional touch - What you bring * Experience as a barman/bartender in hospitality * Solid knowledge of classic cocktails and wine * Composure under pressure * Organized, hands-on, hygiene- and detail-conscious
