Skills and experience * Proven experience (3-5 years) in conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, or related roles, with a track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and website performance in e-commerce. * Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as experience with A/B testing platforms and other CRO tools. * Creative problem-solving abilities, with a passion for experimenting, testing hypotheses, and continuously optimising digital experiences. * Knowledge of UX principles, web design best practices, SEO fundamentals, and other factors impacting website performance and user behaviour.
