As a Sales Enablement & Transformation Manager, you will own the "Lead-to-Cash" journey by ensuring our Salesforce ecosystem is optimized for a subscription model. Simultaneously you will empower our sales teams through world-class training, playbooks, and toolkits. * Sales Technology & Process Enablement: Create high-impact materials focused on leveraging our core sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to support the sales team in achieving their targets, including process guides, best practice cheat sheets, and tool-specific playbooks. * Voice of the Sales Team: Act as the feedback loop between the "boots on the ground" and the Sales Ops/Marketing teams to ensure our processes and tools actually solve real-world sales challenges. You are the vital link between Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance, and bridge the gap between our strategic vision and our daily execution.
