• Oversee T&E, budgeting, and activity planning for the field team. The Team Lead Sales BeLu will be the key driver of commercial execution across our Women's Health and Bone Health portfolio. You will lead and coach a motivated team of sales representatives, ensuring flawless field implementation of brand strategies in both Gynaecology and Osteoporosis, while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. • Hands-on and pragmatic leader who thrives on teamwork, clarity, and mutual respect.
