Provide internal safety training and coach team leaders (TLs) and operators on safety awareness and responsibilities. * Coach team leaders on applying ergonomic advice and safety measures on the shop floor. * Support the in incident and accident management within the department, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), reconstructions, action plans, and corrective measures. * Coordinate evacuation exercises, train and coach employees and volunteers First Aid, EIP and evacuation leaders. * Perform necessary daily administration: invoice handling, insurance administration, government administration in case of accidents, reporting to the management. * Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HSE legislation, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001), risk management, and best practices in safety and environmental management. * Basic IT competencies to work with our Management Syste
