You have the responsibility for contributing to the development of operating company business plans, developing and executing talent management plans, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and processes, providing change management support, and coaching managers and leaders in support of overall talent and business objectives. You set up a network of international partners (in Duravant & external) to bring the right talent to Pattyn in the right location. * You implement human resources strategies by establishing department metrics for talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, safety and health, employee relations, and compliance.
