The QA Lead is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing quality and food safety standards (FSSC 22000, HACCP, customer requirements, Kosher/Halal, sustainability norms) within their assigned zone of the Halle production site. * Participate in daily production meetings, discuss quality & food safety issues and propose improvements. * Work in one of Barry Callebaut's key Belgian manufacturing sites with strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
