To lead Global Customs Operations focused on implementing and maintaining Special Customs Procedures and Trusted Partner Programs (such as AEO and Trust & Check). * Motivate and lead a team in the execution of operation objectives * Establish an overall talent development and succession plan for the operations * Responsible for maintaining a favorable image of the company vis-à-vis customs authorities by establishing and maintaining an effective working relationship between the regional customs operations and national customs officials * Maintain regular contacts with national customs authorities to ensure that current customs authorizations are timely reviewed or adjusted in line with the business evolution * Control, plan and supervise the daily customs operations related to Customs Special Procedures, executed by regional or local colleagues or outsourced partners
