This role leads the organisation's marketing strategy, team, and budget to strengthen visibility, partnerships, and impact. * Supervise and manage marketing & Communications tools and platforms * Mobilise key marketing & communication stakeholders * Manage the marketing budget * Monitor marketing and digital trends * Produce monthly reporting and performance analysis for the marketing department * At least Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, communication, journalism, or equivalent experience * Passionate about marketing, digital environments, and new technologies * Strong command of office tools and digital marketing tools (Adobe Suite, video editing software, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva, etc.), web analytics, and marketing techniques * Knowledge of various marketing channels (social media, press relations, advertising, etc.) and how to use them effectively depending on the target audience
