We are currently based in Enghien, but to support our scaling team, we will be moving into brand-new, state-of-the-art offices in Nivelles at the end of 2026. As a Customer Success Manager, you are the architect of our clients' growth. * Navigate & Expand: Map out complex customer organizations to uncover new opportunities for partnership and internal product applications. * Accelerate Time-to-Value: Lead the onboarding journey for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate engagement with the platform. * Champion the Customer: Act as the internal "Voice of the Customer," directly influencing our product development roadmap based on your frontline insights.
