In deze rol neem je een constructieve plaats in binnen het management van de ICT-afdeling en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de volledige IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers, storage, cloudoplossingen, datacenters en beveiligingssystemen (o.a. Cisco, NetApp, Veeam en Trend Micro). Je stelt een IT-roadmap op voor de volledige infrastructuur en vertaalt businessbehoeften naar concrete technische oplossingen, bijvoorbeeld op het vlak van Microsoft Copilot/AI, SharePoint en cloudmigraties. De functie omvat ook het onderhouden van relaties met externe partners en leveranciers, evenals actieve deelname aan Service Level Meetings, de opvolging van KPI's en het beheer van certificaten.
