Daardoor omvat je takenpakket meerdere IT-domeinen en evolueert het voortdurend mee met nieuwe technologieën. * Je houdt rekening met security en draagt actief bij aan een veilige en bedrijfszekere IT-omgeving. * Je werkt mee aan grote veranderingen en IT-projecten (migraties, upgrades en vernieuwingen). * Je bent in het bezit van minstens een Bachelor-diploma (bij voorkeur binnen een IT-technische richting).

Voor de interne IT dienstverlening te blijven verbeteren zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een IT Project Manager Software. De IT Project Manager Software zal primair gericht zijn op het ondersteunen en begeleiden van een groot software project binnen de Sample Management afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd en zowel binnen scope als budget worden opgeleverd. Naast je relevante opleiding heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als IT projectmanager.

Als Head of IT & Digitalization ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen, implementeren en bewaken van de IT‑ en digitalisatiestrategie van Circet Benelux, zodat de IT‑omgeving, businessapplicaties en de ERP‑uitrol en -gebruik optimaal bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen. * Strategisch Leiderschap: Je bent de architect van de IT-strategie en vertaalt de business-visie naar een schaalbare, veilige en innovatieve roadmap. * Organisatieontwikkeling en leiderschap: Je ontwikkelt de werking van je departement, versterkt de leiderschapscapaciteiten van je direct reports (6) en stuurt een groot IT‑team aan (+50 professionals) bij wie je samenwerking en innovatie stimuleert. * IT-operaties en continuïteit: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de stabiele werking, beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van IT‑systemen en infrastructuur.
