Nous comptons différents types de clients: nous avons construit notre savoir-faire et notre organisation principalement dans le secteur de l'énergie, y compris dans le nucléaire. Nous nous montrons en outre particulièrement innovateurs pour nos clients du secteur de la (pétro)chimie et de la pharmaceutique, des transports et de la logistique ainsi que de la production. Nos clients sont répartis dans toute la Belgique, et à l'étranger (principalement Europe). Jefferson Wells * Braine l'Alleud * Vast contract, onbepaalde tijd * Voltijds - Solliciteer als één van de eersten - Contracting – Brabant Wallon - Vos responsabilités * Take ownership as GMP Corporate Process Owner (CPO) of the Escalation Management Process. * Owns the Global documentation and training in English linked to the process and associated processes. * Maintain and establish communication plans on changes and improvements * Promote Best Practices throughout the company * Coach Entity Process Owners by providing expert advice and support * Drive an active feedback culture within the organization * Collaborate with EPOs in an effective and efficient way to create/improve the process * Collaborate with the GMP QMS Lead to plan and manage changes linked to the process. * Ensure change management across the organization, for any changes implemented on systems or process.
