As the Business Partner – HR & WFM, you will act as the key bridge between local business domains and TDDI by capturing business needs, translating them into IT requirements, and connecting with regional TDDI to deliver effective solutions. * Act as a local demand or portfolio manager within the TDDI Demand Management process by clarifying business demand, ensuring alignment with TDDI policies and guidelines, and facilitating the approval of local or cluster initiatives with the appropriate experts.
