Operational Support- Provide L2/L3 support for incidents and service requests.- Perform root cause analysis and define structural, permanent fixes.- Monitor integration flows, performance, and platform health. - Strong understanding of REST/SOAP, XML/XSD, JSON, messaging patterns, and integration protocols. - Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).- Experience with ITIL processes and operational models.- Experience with tools like Dynatrace, Kibana, ServiceNow.- Experience with API Gateway.
