As a member of the Pattyn Management Team, you work in close collaboration with fellow leadership, providing strategic HR insights and guidance on key decisions that impact the business both in the short and long term. You have the responsibility for contributing to the development of operating company business plans, developing and executing talent management plans, ensuring effective implementation of HR programs and processes, providing change management support, and coaching managers and leaders in support of overall talent and business objectives. You take on the recruitment process of key Management profiles. * You implement human resources strategies by establishing department metrics for talent acquisition, talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, safety and health, employee relations, and compliance.
