Are you looking for a role that combines customer contact, product expertise and internal collaboration? BEA designs and produces detection solutions for automatic doors. As a Technical Support Advisor, you are the point of contact for BEA's business customers throughout Europe, with a particular history in the German-speaking area. Customer & internal technical support * Diagnose faults remotely and propose concrete solutions * Support our customers in the installation, wiring and configuration of BEA sensors. * Participate in the creation, optimization and coordination of technical documentation (e.g. wiring diagrams, instructions) for customers in the field. * Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality of service and products, using a ticketing system, to measure customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
