Je neemt tevens de modelering van businessprocessen voor je rekening. Je ondersteunt de business bij het changemanagement omtrent de optimalisering of digitalisering van processen. Als spilfiguur naar verandering toe, faciliteer je de samenwerking tussen meerdere binnen business- en IT-projecten.
