Campaign Management: Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns—including ABM plans for key clients and lead nurturing—to accelerate sales growth. You will be the driving force behind our regional marketing activities, moving from high-level strategy to "boots on the ground"execution. You will own the marketing plan, manage internal and external , and ensure a premium Devoteam experience across all customer touchpoints. * 40%: Team leadership, coaching, and acting as the SPOC for the Benelux marketing team. * 60%: "Doing" the marketing job - both feet in the mud. * Team Leadership & Coaching (40%): Lead, support, and further develop a 4-person Benelux marketing team spread across the region. * Strategy & Planning: Build, own, and drive the yearly marketing plan for the region, ensuring it aligns with global campaigns and local business goals.
