Als VAKverantwoordelijke Strategisch WFM & Agile bouw je een langetermijnvisie uit op de workforceplanning van het Colruyt Group contactcenter. Daarnaast veranker je de Agile methodologie binnen het Vakcentrum. Je werkt nauw samen met product owners om het scrum-kader verder te borgen en ondersteunt teams bij het opzetten en verfijnen van Agile-ceremonies. * Agile werkvormen implementeren: begeleiden van backlogmanagement, refinements, sprintplanningen en retrospectives op maat van Customer Services. * Processen en oplossingen vormgeven: ontwerpen en verfijnen van WFM- en agile-kaders die de werking van onze contactcenters efficiënter en wendbaarder maken.
