Reporting to the of the branch where he/she is based, the Trainee Branch Manager will undergo training for a maximum period of two years, during which time the incumbent will assist with all Management Functions, including but not limited to: – Administration (Staff Management, Payroll, Accounting, Debt Recovery and Control); – Sales (Client visits, Business Development, Representation of the Company, Quotations); – Technical (Fleet Management, Import and Export Management, Inventory, Planning & Scheduling) The candidate will, during the training period, be requested and will be expected to perform one or more replacement assignments in countries across the European network.
