Je hebt een goede expertise van de user centered designmethodes alsook tools en technieken voor interviews/workshops. Je hebt een sterke achtergrond in Service Design en beheerst de 5 belangrijkste principes (user-centered design, co-creatie, iteratie, design met sequenties, het vinden van het nodige bewijs en een holistische kijk). Je bent vertrouwd met de eisen zoals het aanpassen van de interfaces aan verschillende schermafmetingen (responsive design).
