Dans le rôle de responsable d'équipe sur le site de GSK, nous cherchons une personne passionnée par la gestion opérationnelle (de « terrain ») et les métiers techniques. * Vous avez un tempérament de teamleader, vous êtes assertif, fédérateur et êtes force de proposition et vos aptitudes communicationnelles font partie de vos qualités principales - Enfin, nous attendons d'un manager qu'il se conforme au niveau de qualité en respectant le système de management de la qualité de Sodexo et celui du client. * La gestion financière et commerciale : Répondre financièrement du site, gérer les fournisseurs extérieurs (négociation, établissement des contrats, etc.), soutenir le développement du contrat commercial en apportant au LIS Manager un regard sur les possibilités et opportunités de croissance (augmentation de scope pour Sodexo, …).
