The QA Lead also prepares training materials, leads audits and follows up on actions linked to GMP rounds, CAPAs and production issues * Create one‑point lessons/POKA documents and follow up implementation on the shop floor. * Support internal and external audits in the assigned zone and follow up required actions * Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering (Chemistry/Food Technology), Bio‑Engineer or Master in Life Sciences, Food Science or similar. * Strong problem solver capable of leading RCA sessions and following up preventive measures. * Flexible working hours — start between 7:00 and 9:30, working 7h45 per day.
