We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join Capco's consulting team and support one of our clients within the financial services industry. As Scrum Master, your role is to enable the team to perform at its best. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions. * Coach and support the team in applying Scrum and Agile principles in a pragmatic and effective way. * Around 5 years of relevant professional experience, with solid experience as a Scrum Master. * Proven experience working in Agile and Scrum delivery environments.
