To support our growth in West Europe, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Aftermarket professional ready to take a broader role combining business development, commercial coordination, and team support. * Coordinate and support a small Sales team (Belgium + remote colleagues in Europe) Shape the future of our Aftermarket Sales operations. As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.). This role is primarily business & sales driven, with people coordination as a plus. Drive Aftermarket Sales Performance * Support negotiations, tenders, pricing strategies, and customer development plans - Coordinate Sales Activities (West Europe) * Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plans Support Team Collaboration
