Als Digital Customer Journey Analyst bouw je mee aan slimme, gepersonaliseerde klantinteracties binnen Colruyt Group. Je werkt in het Customer Activation Service Center, analyseert noden, vertaalt deze naar vereisten en optimaliseert campagnes op basis van data. Vanuit het Customer Activation Service Center werk je op het snijvlak van marketing, data en technologie. * Je werkt customer journeys uit tot op functioneel niveau en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijke productiebriefing voor onze development teams. * Kennis en ervaring – Je bent een digital native met een hogeschooldiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Ervaring met Customer Data Platforms en datamodellen is een sterke troef.
