Propose innovative geotechnical approaches to enhance foundation design efficiency, minimize construction expenses, and uphold ExxonMobil's safety culture and ensure compliance with safety management systems. * Provide expert recommendations for geotechnical investigation needs, design criteria, and execution plans regarding earthworks, foundations, and piling, supporting projects, overseeing drilling, and operations * Spearhead geotechnical projects, including technical bid evaluation, vendor selection, project cost evaluation, and schedule management * Assess geotechnical risks associated with offshore and onshore projects and devise mitigation strategies to mitigate potential safety and reliability concerns - Oversee third-party geotechnical studies and ensure the development of design parameters, actively managing activities performed by external parties
