You will serve as the bridge between the team and the Sales Manager, taking ownership of people management and operational coordination, while contributing to key customer and commercial activities. * Plan, prioritize, and coordinate the activities of the regional Sales team in line with strategic priorities and customer expectations. * Support the execution of Sales strategies for key accounts, distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, ITGs, and competitor‑aligned customers. * Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations, business development, and customer relationship management.
