Leads the development of strategic messaging across a wide range of digital policy issues—working closely with Communications and Policy teams—to support senior executive briefings ahead of high-profile events and bilateral meetings in Brussels and across Europe. * Identifies and prioritizes opportunities for internal and external engagement, leads planning and delivery of internal/external events and associated content (briefing books, talking points, audience-specific materials); and partners with communications teams to drive digital and social engagement aligned to campaign goals. * Leads and coordinates intra-group and cross-group strategic projects (e.g. internal strategic memos for leadership), defining scope, success measures, and milestones, and holding stakeholders accountable through effective project management and influence.
