Working with delivery and technical solutioning teams aligned to the account, you build a culture focused on business outcomes and product realization. You work across organizational boundaries—including Customer Success, Account Teams, Specialist Sales, Engineering, leadership teams, and the partner ecosystem (GSI/ISV)—to align on the customer's long-term success and ensure a high bar for quality, performance, and value. Enable sustainable account growth through long-term strategy and execution. Develop a multi-year account vision and plan aligned to customer business needs. Manage long-term account financials, including pipeline/funnel development, revenue, and strategic investments.
