Als IT Service Desk Medewerker / IT Support Engineer ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze zakelijke klanten. Je behandelt IT-gerelateerde vragen en incidenten voor bedrijven en hun medewerkers en zorgt voor een correcte opvolging via onze servicedesk-tools. * Ondersteunen van zakelijke gebruikers bij dagelijkse IT-problemen (hardware, software, Microsoft 365, netwerken) Informatiebeveiliging & ISO 27001 - Bij Abicom.pro is informatiebeveiliging geen formaliteit, maar een essentieel onderdeel van onze werking. * Een sterke interesse in ISO 27001 en informatiebeveiliging * Je hebt een IT-gerelateerde opleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring

De IT Project Manager Software zal primair gericht zijn op het ondersteunen en begeleiden van een groot software project binnen de Sample Management afdeling om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten op tijd en zowel binnen scope als budget worden opgeleverd. Naast je relevante opleiding heb je minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als IT projectmanager.
