Zowel op gebied van applicatie portfolio (zowel in house development, als implementatie van commerciële oplossingen), als van talent matrix; afgestemd op het IT Transformatie programma. * Het bevorderen van de transversaliteit (functies, methodologieën, best practices, tech stacks, tools, …) binnen het departement IT Solutions, alsook de samenwerking met andere IT-departmenten (zoals IT Infrastructure & Operations, IT Security, Office of the CIO), alsook met de business stakeholders. * Het design, development, en delivery van alle IT solutions. Het verbeteren van het security, DRP/BCP posture van alle IT solutions. * Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, met minstens 15 jaar ervaring in IT (algemeen). * Ervaring met een service oriented IT Operating Model.
