The Business Controller proactively supports middle management and the board by analyzing, interpreting and reporting financial and business information with the aim of improving the business and creating value for the company in line with business policies and legislation. * Ability to quickly master new information and to convert this information into financial and management reporting information * Monitor and, in agreement with the business, ensure that all business is correctly translated into the financial processes and actively participate in the improvement of the business- and financial related processes * Coordinate and develop the strategic planning process (multi-year plan, budget plan) and rolling forecasts * Strong communication skills and ability to translate financial info in a comprehensive way for non-financial staff
