Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een full time Credit Collector voor een toonaangevend bedrijf gelegen in de regio van Vilvoorde * Robert Half * Vilvoorde * Interimwerk met optie 'vast werk' * Voltijds - Je komt terecht in een fijn, hecht team van 4 personen. * Je beheert de mailbox * Je beheert en volgt de betalingen op van de verschillende klanten en je zorgt ervoor dat de klanten op een correcte manier hun facturen betalen, binnen de vooropgestelde termijn * Je bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op met de klant en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in geval van vragen, problemen en/of klachten * Je zorgt voor het tijdig versturen van de rappels * Je hebt veel telefonische contacten met de klanten, zowel inkomende als uitgaande gesprekken * Je bent zelfstandig en nauwkeurig en je wil graag actief bijdragen aan het succes van het team * Je bent proactie
