Als Digital Customer Journey Expert bouw je mee aan slimme en gepersonaliseerde klantinteracties binnen Colruyt Group. Je neemt als journey expert een centrale rol op in het ontwerpen en verbeteren van customer journeys — van eerste idee tot succesvolle uitvoering.
