This leader brings new perspectives, is a change agent, can create and convey this in an aspirational vision and strategy for MSAT, and implements new ways of working embraced by all in MSAT. This position has a strong people focus to attract, develop and retain top scientific/technical as well as business talent, and develop leaders and talent in the MSAT SO&P. The leader will communicate performance, progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
