Notre client, un groupe international en pleine croissance, recherche aujourd'hui un Chef Comptable capable d'accompagner la transformation de son département Finance. * encadrer et faire évoluer une équipe d'une dizaine de collaborateurs en créant une dynamique commune entre profils expérimentés et nouvelles recrues ; Plus qu'un poste de management, il s'agit d'une fonction où vous aurez un impact direct sur l'organisation et les performances de l'équipe Finance. * Minimum 7 à 10 ans d'expérience, dont une expérience en management d'équipe D'autres recrutent parce qu'elles veulent écrire un nouveau chapitre. Vous reprendrez une équipe expérimentée, piloterez la comptabilité de plusieurs entités et jouerez un rôle clé dans la modernisation des processus et du management. Vous serez le véritable référent comptable de l'organisation et le partenaire privilégié de la Direction.
