Les bureaux sont situés à Bruxelles-Sud et sont très faciles d'accès en transports en commun * Gestion de l'agenda et des réunions en tenant compte des priorités, réservation de salles et service catering. * Gestion, maintenance et mise à jour de la base de données des clients ; numérisation de documents ; archivage. * Préparation de présentations, tableaux de bord, rapports, recherches, etc. * Participation à l'organisation d'événements, envoi et suivi des invitations.
