The Compensation & Benefits Specialist is responsible for a correct and timely personnel and payroll administration, in line with applicable procedures, Belgium social legislation, and within the overall HR framework of the company. The role includes preparing reports, administrating employment contracts and addenda, managing the monthly payroll process (including thirteenth month and holiday pay), administrating the FIP tool and being backup for own fleet management. * Responsible for the full payroll process from A to Z, including: collection and validation of payroll input, monthly payroll calculations and checks, follow-up social security, taxes, and benefits, coordination with the payroll provider, handling payroll-related questions from employees * Experienced with the payroll system E-Blox, Workday and Protime
