To support our growth in West Europe, we are looking for a hands-on Sales Aftermarket professional ready to take a broader role combining business development, commercial coordination, and team support. As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.). * Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plans * Act as a go-to person for a small team of 4–5 Sales colleagues * An opportunity to shape team performance and contribute directly to AISIN Europe's commercial success in Europe.
